Burger King Chicken Sandwich Recipe

 


Here is a recipe for a copycat Burger King chicken sandwich:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 sesame seed buns, split
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 1 slice tomato

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, flour, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. Form the chicken mixture into 4 patties, about 4 inches in diameter.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a little oil to the pan.
  5. Cook the chicken patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  6. Place the chicken patties on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until heated through.
  7. To assemble the sandwiches, spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves of the buns.
  8. Top with chicken patties, lettuce, and tomato.
  9. Serve immediately.
